We are pleased to offer a range of shipping options to customers both from the UK and from around the globe. Your SilverAmber Jewellery order will be delivered by Royal Mail, beautifully wrapped in our eco-friendly branded boxes.
Delivery estimates below show how many working days from dispatch it will take for your order's delivery. We are sending our orders between Monday & Friday. Orders made before 2 pm will usually be dispatched the very same day.
UK Orders
Orders with value £15 or less - Standard RM48 - £0.00

Fully Tracked & Insured service with Royal Mail Tracked - £0.00
- 1-3 Working Days
- Free on orders over £15
- Fully insured
- Tracked at 3 - 5 points with options to Choose a delivery day that suits you or Try the neighbour or a safeplace or collect your parcel from Royal Mail when it's convenient for you
*Express Special Delivery by 1 PM - £8.99
- Guaranteed Next Working Day (Orders from the weekend will get delivered on Tuesday)
- Order before 2pm
- Free on orders over £150
- Fully tracked & insured
To receive your UK order the Next Working Day, please order before 2pm and select 'Special Delivery' as your shipping option. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, will be delivered the following Tuesday. Please allow extra time for delivery on weekends, Bank Holidays and during our busy Christmas and Easter periods.

As a result of Brexit and the current border closures, shipping to the EU may be slightly delayed.
Further Information
Prior to dispatch, orders may be subject to security checks. We may need to contact you, if we are unable to reach you using the contact details provided it will delay the despatch of your order.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, a note will be left at your address and you will be able to collect your parcel from the local postal delivery office or reschedule a delivery online.
If you are using a PO Box as your delivery address, please get in touch to see whether our shipping options are available in your country. If not, this can significantly delay the delivery times.
