Refund policy

Returns Policy

You may return your jewellery, including earrings, for any reason within 60 days of receiving your order, for a full refund. Please contact us via email or customer service messenger chat with your Return Request.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us within 60 days of receipt of the product. Items need to be returned in their unworn condition, in their original packaging and we will be happy to refund or exchange your order.

If an exchange is required - contact us via email or customer service messenger chat and we will be happy to help you with the process. 

We are also happy to offer an Extended Returns period if required. 

When returning items, we recommend obtaining proof of postage and using an insured method of shipping, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post. If you live in the UK we can provide pre-paid label to attach to the returned order and this should be posted by simply dropping it off at the nearest red royal mail post box on the street. You don't need proof of posting when using our QR coded labels. Tracking is available for each QR code label we use.

Extended Returns Policy

All orders made between the 12th November and 24th December, are subject to our festive Extended Returns Policy. Please notify us following the Christmas period of any return request by the 25th January.

Complete Satisfaction Promise

Items purchased at SilverAmber Jewellery may be exchanged or refunded within 60 days if you're not completely satisfied with your jewellery. All items must be returned unworn, in the original packaging and safely packaged.

Sale Items

All sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. We do not offer price adjustments if items are further reduced after your purchase date.

Exceptions: 

 Please note that the following are excluded from the store returns policy:

  • Bespoke or engraved items
  • Items otherwise altered to a customer’s request

All items returned as faulty will be inspected. Any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear caused by you will not be accepted as faulty.

Christmas Returns Policy

Any item purchased between 12th November and 24th December can be returned or exchanged (in its unworn condition and its original packaging) up until the 25th January.

Processing your Refund

Upon receipt of your returned items, the credit or debit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the full cost of the goods (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account. 

Exchanging a Gift

Please note that we can only refund the credit or debit card used for the original purchase. However, it is possible to exchange your SilverAmber Jewellery order for an alternative item or store credit.

If you received a SilverAmber Jewellery item as a gift, and it is not suitable, you can return it within 60 days for an exchange. Please contact us via email or customer service messenger chat, and we will provide you with information regarding the returns procedure. 

For exchanges, if the value of the new item exceeds the original gift value, you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new item be lower than the original gift value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card used for the original purchase.

Returns on wholesale orders

Please note that due to the raising costs of labour & postage we will process a free return & exchange service for items that are damaged or not as described. If you wish to return the items from the wholesale orders we will apply a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from the amount due to be refunded to you upon the return of your products. 

This applies only to orders that contain more than 5 products in a single order or have wholesale discounts applied. 

If the items received are not as described or there is any other issue with the items you are still entitled to free exchanges or returns for a refund. This does not affect your statuary rights. If you are returning up to 25% of your order value only we will not apply a restocking fee.
